Great location, within walking distance to the train station and popular attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They provided complimentary water and soft drinks, a nice touch.
The rooms were quite small, especially the single room. It was also noisy from the street, which disrupted my sleep.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city and close to major attractions. It's just a short walk from the Baker Street subway station, making it easy to get around. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing complimentary coffee and tea in the rooms. some rooms offer lovely natural light and private spaces for solo travelers.
There may be some challenges for guests with mobility issues as there is no elevator on site, but staff readily offer to assist with bags.

This place is situated in a great location! It's just a short walk from Baker Street and Marylebone stations, which makes it really easy to get around. The hotel had a large clean room, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom with a hot shower and good water pressure. There was also lots of closet space, which was great for storage. The hotel staff was pleasant and responded quickly to help with carrying luggage up and down stairs, as there was no elevator. The cleanliness was good and done to a high standard, and the hotel was very quiet with no noise at all. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was polite. The hotel also provided daily cleaning service and topped up toiletries, which was very convenient. The atmosphere was lovely, and overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was just a short walk from two different tube stations, making it easy to get around. the central location meant that I was close to many restaurants and Regent's Park. The cleanliness of the rooms was also notable, and the hotel facilities were great.
